BarberShop Etiquette
APPOINTMENTS
We are an appointment-based barbershop. We also offer walk-ins when available. We ask that you kindly arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. If you are late, an abbreviated service will be performed and you will be charged for the originally scheduled service. We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the barbershop so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule. For those who arrive late, we will hold your appointment slot for 10 minutes, but cannot guarantee your appointment after that point.
ONLINE BOOKING
Appointments booked online are charged full price on the day of booking. No refunds are offered.
CANCELLATIONS
Each appointment is reserved especially for you. A minimum of 4 hours is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full service price. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and you will be charged full price.
CHILDREN
All children getting their haircut must be able to sit in the barber chair alone. We ask you to consider the fact that sharp implements and a busy congested barbershop combine for a dangerous environment. No matter how careful we are, accidents can and do happen. For the safety and consideration of other clients, and staff we ask that children not be brought to our barbershop unless they are receiving services. No children are to be left unattended by parents.
